Over the past few months, Landmark has focused its efforts on the interior of the elevated tank pedestal, completing construction of the first and second floors. This work included installing large structural support beams and steel decking, pouring concrete floors, and building interior block walls and various rooms. Once the walls were completed, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing sub-trades began work, which will continue over the coming weeks.

In parallel with the pedestal interior work, progress has also been made on the interior of the steel tank, where Landmark is preparing and coating the steel surfaces. These various activities will continue concurrently as Landmark moves toward completing the tank’s internal systems. Once the interior coatings are finished, Landmark will begin site work around the pedestal.
